I have been using these throughout pregnancy and nursing, and really like them. They are well-balanced and have never upset my stomach. I am surprised by those who dislike the smell- I don’t mind it at all.

It’s not just my sensitive pregnant nose, these smell horrible. My husband was sitting next to me and he gagged uncontrollably when I first opened the bottle! It says on the bottle “pleasant aroma” but I can’t imagine anyone finding peppermint tuna to be a pleasant smell. I also thought that these would be much smaller than they are. I was previously taking a generic Rite Aid prenatal that I found a little on the large side, and I thought that since you have to take 4 of these a day the pills would be smaller. Well, I guess they didn’t get that logical leap, because these are the same size as the one a day prenatals I was using. They have DHA and a bunch of other stuff in them that my previous pill didn’t contain, but I would far rather choke back a huge fishy omega 3 pill ONCE a day then take 4 of these big pills that are both fishy and minty. I’m really disappointed and now have to debate with myself as to what wins out– saving money and choking these horrible things down until they run out, or tossing them out and going back to my one a days. I seriously can’t understand why anyone would buy these a second time instead of taking a one a day and maybe supplementing with a single dose of DHA. 4 gross pills is way too many.
These get 1.5 stars because they are quite literally better than nothing. They have folic acid and other good stuff you need when pregnant or nursing. I will never buy these again and will actively counsel pregnant friends to avoid them in favor of pretty much any other option. Bletch.

I love these prenatals! They’re packed with good stuff, and the peppermint leaf makes any aftertaste quite pleasant. I’m still taking them while I breastfeed, and I think they really help me out!

These vitamins have a great smell, but I hated the taste. I drank lots of water to keep from having a bad aftertaste while taking them. I also hated having to take 4 tablets a day…However, they were very easy on the stomach (as promised). All around, not a bad product for the price.

These prenatal vitamins are a must. I cannot get through the day without them. Not only are they a rich source of vitamins and minerals, but they also have some herbs that are helpful for your pregnancy.
