I LOVE this product !!
#1. It is in a CAPSULE,my pregnant stomach can’t handle anything less,or I get queazy.
#2. It makes no taste in my mouth when I’m swallowing it,nor does it make me burp up vitamin taste(or burp at all),or make me pee dark yellow.( I do pee a bit darker with it but not nearly as dark as I do with other vitamins)
#3. I called Country Life and was happy to be told that because this product is vegetarian AND kosher it is also VEGAN.I don’t know why they don’t label it so though.
#4. They are a bit expensive,however this is not only because they are a high quality vitamin its because they come in a dark GLASS bottle.Higher quality vitamins generally do come this way as the dark glass preserves the vitality and freshness of the vitamins,which is essential for the vitamins to do their job in the body.
#5.If they work for you while you’re pregnant,they are also good to continue using while you are breastfeeding.
#6. The only slight downer is that you are supposed to take 6-a-day,but I couldn’t even find another
VEGAN pre-natal CAPSULE anywhere,so I don’t mind taking the extra vitamins.

I used these Vitamins during my first pregnancy and my daughter turned out to be a healthy beast of a baby with no problems. So here we are on the second girl and I am taking them again.

I am pregnant with 5th baby in 8 years, I have used these vitamins through the pregnancy’s and breastfeedings. Aside from one thyroid issue during one of my pregnancys I have had no problems and delivered all healthy and full term! My babies have all gained weight normally during breastfeeding days (I breastfeed exclusively for the first 9 months) I highly recommend this pre-natal vitamin.

I purchased this product and it caused contractions, pain. Dr. thought I had an ectopioc so ordered an ultrasound but at 5 weeks they could only confirm that the gestational sack was in the right place. That same night I started doing research on herbs to stop miscarriages and found out that high concentrations of ginger and red raspberry leaf should can cause this. This is a very dangerous supplement, may not cause the same reaction on all women? But it sure did on me and don’t reccomend it.
I am 8 weeks today, no more contractions but me uterus still feels a bit in pain, may be still sore. Thank God for protecting me. Lylian
