Is it safe to take vitamin B complex during pregnancy?

I am 27 weeks pregnant and having anxiety they told me about vitamin B complex helps your nervous system. Has anyone taken these during pregnancy? can i take them even though i’m taking prenatal vitamins?

yes very and it helps i have 5 children i took it along with prenatals everyday throughout all pregnancies and all docs said it was fine
Vitamin B is great for pregnancy. There are very, very few vitamins that you can get ‘too much’ of. (Vitamin A is one of them, but that’s only if the Vitamin A comes from a source other than beta carotene). I wouldn’t go overboard on it, though, as you mention that you are taking prenatals. Look at the micrograms/milligrams contained in your prenatals and also in your Vitamin B supplements. Total them together and call your doctor to ask if it is too high or just fine.
