The last Month or so is just pureH*** or at least it was for me.
Your body is getting ready for the big day so your hormones are making you get a little crazy at least thats how I felt. All my babies(3) were 10 month gestation! and the last month is the hardest!Try to go for long walks. Or start exercising to get ready they should tell you that at class. If you don't like being alone see if you can hang out with a sister or good friend that will know that you are "not in your right mind" right now and spend time doing things together. Pretty soon you'll start cleaning your house like a mad woman(nesting) thats a sign that the end is closing in. And just remember after you have your baby you can apologize to everyone you think you offended or were snappy with They will understand and if they don't they are not your friends. Lets face it having a little person growing inside you is not exactly a cake walk. You can't sleep when you want cuz you are getting kicked from the inside out without warning! You have to pee all the time and when you go its seems like a drop! Your stomach seems so big you feel like a beached whale! Its getting harder and harder to lug yourself around! Should I go on?? Honey you deserve to be anyway you want so feel free!! Pregnant woman shoud be treated like queens, excused from all ettiquette until after they give birth, and should be allowed to have a license to have a meltdown as many times a day as needed without having to say you are sorry! Your gonna be fine Honey, seriously, the class you are going to take sounds like a great idea! You will be with others who really know firsthand what you are going through and it will be good to exchange"war stories" with them. Good luck, have a happy and healthy baby with a speedy delivery! God Bless

This is totally normal. You're experiencing a huge life change and it's stressful because of the hormones and just the unknown and the fears. Don't worry too much about labor. I was able to give birth naturally with my first and it's really not as horrific as some women like to say it is. It's strong, but not unbearable. It feels like strong pressure and cramping, but it's not sharp, shooting or crazy pain like that. You can handle it. Trust me. Your body will know just what to do and if you try to relax and let it do it's thing, you'll be a-okay. I was scared too at first though... it's normal.

Everyone stressed me out talking about the lack of sleep and how "HUGE" this life change was going to be and how your life was "NEVER GOING TO BE THE SAME AGAIN" and it's true... but in a good way. You WILL get sleep. You WILL adjust. And you WILL love that baby more than anyone or anything in the world. It's a huge blessing. My son is the best thing in the world to me. And while life has changed it's been for the better. I just adore that little guy and love to be around him.

Congrats on the forthcoming arrival! All the best.
