4 stars instead of 5 because, well, I’ve not given birth yet and don’t know the ultimate results. Not even pregnant yet, we just started trying. But I love these vitamins. I’d heard prenatal vitamins make you sick etc., but these never do. I take it at night before bed and have had no problems at all. Nice vitamins.

I hate taking vitamins, but these are important. I’ve been taking them for a few weeks now and have found that they are easy to swallow.
