This is a great substitute to the prescription “Horse Pills” that you get from the Doctors Office.
This did not upset my stomach and when I did a vitamin comparison it matched or exceed most values.
I think that this a pleasant alternative to the pills!

I love this prenatal vitamin! I was introduced to it, while I was working at a health food store. It might look a bit intimidating, but when you taste it you will be pleasantly surprised to see that it tastes pretty good for a vitamin. I also noticed that my stomach was not upset, after taking this vitamin, which was a relief! The 30 oz. bottle lasted me for 30 days! This is my 3rd pregnancy and I am stocking up on this!

This stuff is great for me since I’ve found myself unable to swallow my prenatal vitamins since I became pregnant. The smell is pretty funky and it doesn’t taste particularly fabulous to me, but I need it for my baby! I was so pleased to find it on-line after my local vitamin store ran out and were unsure when or if they’d get it back in.
This stuff is green and thick, it feels like drinking overly sweet kelp. My taste buds are mostly off sweet things since I became pregnant so that may be why I think it tastes funny.

When you first open the bottle and pour your first capful, the looks of the green substance can be a bit scary. Surprisingly enough it doesn’t taste bad at all and doesn’t have a bad after taste either. 2 thumbs up!!
