I’ve tried a few different kinds and prefer Vitanatal or the vitamins from Twinlab better. I’m nursing my 9 mos old and will be going back to the tried and true. I feel like I’m dragging all day, granted this could be as a result from not sleeping thru the night
However if you compare labels, this one has pretty low percentages on vit E, A, K, D for example compared to what you could be getting with another brand. Personal opinion, I don’t think 1-a-day cuts it for me. For my body, it seems to work best when the vitamins are spread out throughout the day.

I’ve started taking it three months before I got pregnant. I believe it helped me going through the first three months without any nausea.
