Question by Jared The Subway Guy: Are prenatal vitamins ok to take if I’m not pregnant?
Ok so I’m 15, and a female, and I just bought some prenatal vitamins because I don’t like swallowing pills and we wanted female vitamins for me so there were prenatal gummys, and the teen pills made my sister throw up all the time so I didn’t want to take a chance with those. My mom said prenatals would be alright for me but I just want to make sure. I took them about an hour ago and I have been feeling gassy lately. I also had calcium, and vitamin b12 or something. (I’ve been having anxiety problems, and my mom read that I should have more of these things in her medical book thing). Is it normal to feel gassy? Or should I not take these?
